Data and purposes

The interest list collects first name, surname, email and optional telephone number and intended use. The contact form collects name, email, subject and message. We record the request timestamp and the accepted privacy notice version. We use these data to reply and, when requested through the interest list, to send updates about this ZXMOTO Racing project only. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. We do not collect payments.

Recipients and technical services

Data are accessible to authorised BeltRacing personnel and the technical providers needed for hosting and email delivery. The actual providers, processing countries and any safeguards for international transfers must be checked and disclosed before the forms are enabled.

Il sito web e il relativo database sono ospitati da Aruba S.p.A. su un server situato in Repubblica Ceca, all’interno dell’Unione europea. Le copie di backup sono conservate in data center europei; il Paese preciso di conservazione deve essere confermato con il provider.

Invio delle email tramite SMTP di Hostinger. Hostinger dichiara che i dati possono essere trattati nel Regno Unito, nei Paesi Bassi, in Lituania, a Cipro e, secondo il servizio utilizzato, in altre giurisdizioni, anche fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo. La localizzazione applicabile al servizio SMTP utilizzato deve essere verificata con Hostinger.

Retention

Database enquiries are retained for a maximum of 12 months, with daily automatic deletion of expired records. Sent email bodies are erased from the application queue immediately after sending; delivery metadata are retained for up to 30 days. These limits do not automatically govern mailboxes, providers or backups: the operator must separately configure and document backup expiry and retention of those copies.

Security and logs

The hosting service may process IP addresses and technical logs to operate and protect the service; its retention details must be completed with the provider information. The application retains HMAC hashes of IP addresses for abuse prevention for windows of up to 2 hours and email hashes for windows of up to 2 days; expired records are removed by the next daily cleanup. Hashing here is pseudonymisation, not a guarantee of anonymity.

Cookies and local storage

The technical zx_session cookie protects forms and expires when the browser closes; it uses HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. The localStorage entry zx-cookie-notice-v1 records acknowledgement of the notice until you clear the site data. There are no optional cookies, analytics or advertising. Images, fonts and resources are local; no external embeds or Stripe are loaded. Following an external link opens a website with its own privacy notice.

Your requests

You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw your request for project updates at any time by emailing info@beltracing.ch. We may request proportionate identity verification. We handle requests under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), subject to applicable rights and legal obligations. You may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
